Fiddler's Grove hosts the Tiger Trot 5k & Fun Run. Proceeds benefit Union Grove Elementary School. GO TIGERS!Come out and enjoy a beautiful run through the country! Timing System will be used. FAST and FLAT! Great route for a Personal Best! Awards given to top 3 finishers in each division, as well as to all Fun Run participants. T-shirts guaranteed available to all runners who are registered prior to May 5. Please indicate shirt size when registering. Logo/Shirt design by Grant Gaither of Owen Graffix All ability levels welcome; both competitive and walkers. Strollers allowed - please begin in the back. Race Day Schedule: Registration 7:00 am 5k 8:00 am Fun Run 8:45 am Awards Ceremony 9:00 am Course route - back and out on Sloans Mill Road in Union Grove, beginning by Union Grove Elementary School This event will become an annual pre-festival event, sponsored by Fiddler's Grove. www.fiddlersgrove.com - The "nation's oldest, most continuous" old time music and bluegrass festival began in 1924 as a way to raise money for Union Grove School. The tradition continues! The 5k is held 2 weeks prior to the festival. Fiddler's Grove is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend.
